Creating a Document Set

Document Sets allow documents to be grouped together with shared permissions. They are similar to traditional folders and can be nested to better structure your documents.

To create a new document set, select the 3 dots menu in the top right of your Documents page and then select the ‘Add New Document Set’ option:

Specify a document set name and optionally a collection:

This will create a document set which is listed amongst your other documents:

Selecting this tile will show a filtered view displaying only the documents and sets which belong to the Document Set “Globex Corporation Documents”:

The document set itself behaves similar to a document in Simul, it can be archived, deleted, renamed and shared in the same way.
